Reopening during COVID-19
In order to keep our members safe during the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Hat Art Club has had to make some changes to our studio access processes.
Below is a summary of the COVID-19 Policy protocols we have implemented. All 2020-21 members must agree to the COVID-19 policy at the time of registration.
Changes to studio access
The studio is available to only 10 members at a time to accommodate physical distancing.
In order to facilitate this, we have divided studio access into Morning, Afternoon and Evening sessions. All sessions will be available every day, except for days where times conflict with any in-studio classes.
Please check the events calendar online to ensure there are no in-studio classes scheduled for the time you wish to work in the studio.
Session times are as follows:
Morning - 8 AM - 12 PM
Afternoon - 1 PM - 5 PM
Evening - 6 PM - 10 PM
A one hour break between these sessions is designed to allow for air exchange to the studio. Please do not use the studio during these breaks.
If you arrive at the studio and all 10 spots are occupied, please plan to return at a later time.
